Boat Building and Repairs. We have a long tradition of boat building,  repair and restoration and we can repair  minor and major damage to all types of boat  using expert construction, restoration and renovation. We continue  to use the proven techniques of the past combined with the  technology and materials of today. In addition to being able to carry  out all types of GRP work, we specialise in particular in traditional  wooden boats and are happy to give quotes free of charge and with  no obligation.   During Cowes Week, we offer a round-the-clock service to get  damaged boats back to sea as soon as possible.  Marine Fitting  Our marine engineering department offers a wide  range of services from engine servicing to specification  and full engine installation. We specialise in Beta Marine  engines and are able to support all other engine types.  We also offer anode replacement, cutlass baring, tank fitting, skin  fittings, bilge pump and winch servicing as well as full gas  installations. Rigging From our dedicated rigging loft we offer a wide  range of services including furling systems rod  rigging, swaging, wire hand splicing, rope  splicing, talurit splicing, mast dressing and  stepping and unstepping.  We supply Harken, Spinlock and Lewmar yacht equipment and other  fittings and equipment as required.  Our riggers also run our 7 slip  ways including a big slip which can take vessels and barges up to  100 tons. Our slipway facilities enable us to offer a very competitive scrubbing  service and we are also able to use the cherry picker on the end of  our fuel jetty for repair work on masts without the need for people to  be hoisted up the mast in a chair or having to remove the mast.  Paint Shop Our dedicated team of craftsman painters do  all types of paint jobs from stripping anti-  fouling to interior and exterior varnish/paint  work, topside's, superstructure and painting  of masts and spars, anti-fouling and sign writing.   As a traditional boatyard, we prefer to stick to hand painting rather  than spray painting to ensure the outstanding results our customers  expect. We specialise in osmosis treatment including gel peeling  and are uniquely able to offer a complete osmosis treatment from  start to finish without the use of subcontractors. Welding and Fabrication We are able to custom fabricate pushpits, pullpits,  handrails stem head fittings, mast rings, tanks, etc  all types of marine hardware from aluminium,  stainless steel and steel alloys. We can produce almost any marine hardware product that can be  drawn and have built marine and boating products for a wide variety  of customers. Although we specialize in the marine industry, we  produce custom metal fabrication items for many customers and  companies in other industries.  Sail Making   Our sail maker not only specialises in all types of sail  repairs but also manufactures all kinds of covers for  boat and other purposes from spray hoods to boom  covers and all types of interior upholstery.  Bespoke Furniture and Fittings We have a dedicated timber shop as well as an on-site sister  company offering specialist joinery work of all types. As a result we  can design, build and fit high quality decking, furniture and any other  timber fittings and woodwork you can imagine.
